Siltwork
Stormwater inspection and reporting tool for Grove Point Environmental, LLC. Used by inspectors in the field and admins at the desk. There is no public sign-up and no contractor portal — accounts are invite-only; contractors get PDFs and reminder email.
What it does
- Holds project permits, BMPs, contacts, and program defaults in one place.
- Walks an inspection in the same order as the ADEM NPDES Construction Stormwater Inspection Report and BMP Certification form — including photos, dewatering when needed, and corrective actions.
- Captures the three certification blocks (with remote signing for the responsible official) and generates an immutable branded PDF.
- Tracks open corrective actions, emails reminders, and polls NOAA precip for qualifying rain events against each project's threshold.
- Works offline on site: answers and photos queue on the device and sync when coverage returns.

Compliance
Built against the 2026 ADEM Construction General Permit (ALR100000) and the NPDES Construction Stormwater Inspection Report and BMP Certification form. ADEM allows a custom form when every field and certification is present; signing a Siltwork report asserts that consistency. Clocks in the product follow the permit: monthly inspections, qualifying rain (> project threshold, default 0.75″), post-event windows, and the three-day finalize requirement.
